Understanding God

 

  1. Introduction

 

The living God of Heaven lives and exists as the ruling and powerful King of the Universe.[1] The heavens declare the glory and power of the living God of Heaven as our Creator.[2] Creation reveals the existence of the living God of Heaven, who is the Creator of the heavens and earth.[3] The living God of Heaven is the sovereign God over all the powers, dominions, and forces in the universe. The laws of science, logic, and mathematics come only from the living God of Heaven. 

 

  1. Honor of God’s Name

 

The Holy Bible provides and defines many names for the true and living God of Heaven. The living God of Heaven is called Almighty God (El Shaddai), King of the Universe, LORD (which translates as I AM WHO I AM, Yahweh, or Jehovah), King of the Nations, Most High God (which means El Elyon), God of Israel, the Holy One, King of Heaven, LORD of Hosts (which means Lord God Almighty, Yahweh Sabaoth, or Lord of Heaven’s Armies), Elohim, King of Glory, Adonai (which means Lord), Sovereign LORD God, God of Creation, Ancient of Days, Holy God, Heavenly Father, Everlasting God, Redeemer, Alpha and Omega (the First and Last), Good Shepherd, Rock of Ages, our Good Father, Savior, and the eternal God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Israel).[4]

 

The living God of Heaven and His Name must be forever worshipped, honored, and respected with blessings, fear, and praise, and never profaned (dishonored) because He and His Name are a strong tower and everyone can find salvation, blessings, and protection by calling upon with faith and trust the Name of the LORD.[5]Christ Jesus our Lord called His Holy Father the King of Heaven and the one true God, and He commanded everyone to love and obey His Holy Father with all our heart, mind, soul, and body - with everything in our being.[6] The Holy Bible teaches that David defeated the Philistine giant and the Philistine armies by trusting and calling upon the Name of the LORD Almighty, who gave David mighty strength and empowerment to defeat his enemies.[7] Truly, the living God of Heaven is our Savior.[8]

 

  1. Creator and King

 

From the beginning, the living God of Heaven built and established all of creation with Spiritual Wisdom and the Glorious Light of His Son, Christ Jesus our Lord.[9] The living God of Heaven created the heavens and earth as good, with all their hosts, and the hosts of heaven worshipped Him as LORD and Creator.[10] The living God of Heaven is our Lifegiver with new life, like His Son, Christ Jesus our Lord.[11] Humanity was created in the image of the living God of Heaven for good and to rule the earth with dominion and goodness.[12]

 

The Holy Bible teaches that the living God of Heaven is the sovereign and almighty King of the Nations and everlasting King of the Universe who controls and holds the universe in His hand.[13] The living God of Heaven fills the whole earth, and He makes the lightning and thunder for the rain, bringing forth the winds of heaven, and caring for creation by His grace.[14] The Holy Bible teaches that there is none like the living God of Heaven, because He is the great King, and His Name is awesome in might and power in the heavens and on earth.[15] The living God of Heaven is the great and mighty God of gods and the LORD of lords, and He is the eternal Ruler and King of the heavens and earth that deserves all our wholehearted love, praise, and worship forever.[16]  

 

The eternal thoughts and ways of the living God of Heaven are beyond human understanding and reasoning.[17] The living God of Heaven knows the end from the beginning because He is the Alpha and Omega and the Beginning and the End.[18] No one knows the thoughts and ways of the living God of Heaven except the Holy Spirit of the living God.[19]

 

The eternal Kingdom of the living God is from everlasting to everlasting as the living God of Heaven lives and reigns forever with all power, authority, and dominion as the only true God and eternal King of the heavens and earth.[20] The commands and the word of the living God stand and last forever because they are true, perfect, and holy.[21] The word of God is forever living and is profitable for finding true wisdom and instructions for good and godly living.[22] Great is the faithfulness and love of the living God of Heaven.[23] One day, the entire world will know the living God of Heaven reigns and rules as the only true King of earth.[24]

 

  1. Power of God 

 

The living and holy God of Heaven is omniscient (all-knowing and all-seeing), omnipresent (always present and everywhere), omnipotent (all-powerful and mighty),  immanent, and transcendent.[25] Nothing in the heavens or the earth is too hard or impossible for the King of Glory because He is a Mighty Warrior.[26] The living God of Heaven, as the King of Glory, is strong and mighty, mighty in battle, and He controls all the forces and powers of the universe.[27] Moreover, the living God of Heaven is our Savior and our Redeemer, and there are no other gods in the heavens and earth like Him who helps, delivers, and protects His people that trusts and obeys Him.[28] Truly, the living God of Heaven is the Mighty One who saves and protects.[29]

 

  1. Judge of the Universe 

 

The living God of Heaven is Truth and Justice, and His ways are always good, perfect, and right.[30] Also, the Holy Bible states the living God of Heaven cannot lie, and lying and false witnesses are an abomination as evil to the LORD.[31] The living God of Heaven is always faithful and true, just like His Son Christ Jesus our Lord and the Holy Spirit of the living God.[32] Moreover, the living God of Heaven is a God of law and order with peace and not a God of chaos, lawlessness, and confusion.[33]

 

Everything the living God of Heaven does is right, and He judges everyone with truth, justice, and fairness based upon our deeds and actions.[34] The Most High God loves justice, and He is close as a refuge and shield to everyone, particularly the poor, fatherless, alien, and widow, who humbly seek and love Him with faithful obedience.[35] The living God of Heaven is filled with love and equality towards all people because He shows no favoritism, racism, prejudice, or partiality, but accepts all people from every nation who honor Him and His Son Christ Jesus with faithfulness and do what is good and right with humility.[36] Likewise, the living God of Heaven calls everyone under heaven to follow His holy example by living and walking with humility, truth, kindness, and fairness with love towards one another, particularly the weak, widows, orphans, and the poor.[37] Notably, the living God of Heaven is love, and keeps His eternal covenant of love and mercy to His faithful people who walk blameless and holy before Him with wholehearted love, goodness, and obedience to Him and His holy ways.[38]

 

The living God of Heaven is the true Avenger and Judge, and He commands everyone to never seek personal revenge or vengeance against others who have hurt or harmed them, but to love our enemies.[39] As an Avenger, the living God of Heaven will not allow unrepentant sinners and the guilty to go without punishment and His justice.[40] The living God of Heaven provides, protects, and saves His faithful people from harm of their enemies and dangerous situations through His holy angels because He is a Refuge, Avenger, and Protector.[41] Moreover, the living God of Heaven arms and empowers His faithful people with strength and power because He is the eternal Rock of salvation, shield, and protection, but also the God of peace.[42]

 

  1. Jesus Is God and Lord

 

Christ Jesus our Lord (also known as Messiah Yeshua) is the Son of the living God and the Eternal God who saves and protects God’s faithful people.[43] The living God of Heaven is the Holy Father of our Lord Christ Jesus our Savior, who is the radiance of God’s glory.[44] Christ Jesus our Lord is God - the Great I AM, and the Alpha and Omega, like His Holy Father, and He deserves our faithful love and worship because He is ONE with His Holy Father and the Holy Spirit of the living God.[45] The living God of Heaven has made His Son Christ Jesus (Yeshua) both Lord and Messiah (Christ, Anointed One).[46]  Christ Jesus our Lord is the Mediator between the living God of Heaven and humankind, and He gave His life as a ransom to save all humanity through faith in Him.[47] The New Testament writers called Christ Jesus our Lord, both the Tabernacle and Temple of the living God, where the fullness of God and His Sh’khinah (Shekinah) Glory dwelt here on earth.[48]

 

The New Testament teaches that Christ Jesus is our Savior, just as His Holy Father is, and that He was sent by His Holy Father to bring salvation, life, and grace to the world through faithful obedience to Him.[49] Christ Jesus is not only our great God and Savior, but also our blessed hope, as He is the promised Seed of Abraham and King David in the Old Testament, who brings God’s blessings and salvation to the world.[50]Moreover, Christ Jesus was the 4th-Man in the burning fiery furnace with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego.[51] Everyone can enter into a saving and peaceful relationship with the living God of Heaven through repentance (turning from sinful living) and faithful obedience to His Son, Christ Jesus, as Lord and Savior.[52]

 

Our faith and declaration in Christ Jesus as God and Savior always lead to an outward transformation by the Holy Spirit of God, which leads to good works and love towards others for God’s glory and honor.[53] For the Apostle Paul, genuine and saving faith in Christ Jesus as God and Savior always leads to godly living as well as goodness and good deeds towards others.[54] The world will know Christ Jesus as God when we love one another as He commanded.[55]

 

  1. Gifts of God 

 

The Most High God of Heaven graciously gives His people spiritual blessings and gifts of favor, mercy, and light, as well as wisdom, knowledge, discernment, and understanding, to those who faithfully love and seek Him with honor and worship as LORD and King.[56] The living God of Heaven is Spirit, and everyone who seeks and worships Him must worship Him with a humble spirit and truth.[57] The Holy Bible teaches that the living God of Heaven is filled with unending wisdom and knowledge, He controls the times and seasons, and He gives kings and rulers their power because He holds the rulers’ hearts in His mighty hand.[58]

 

The holy prophet Daniel of the Old Testament was blameless and filled with the Holy Spirit of the living God, which made Daniel excellent and wise with light, understanding, knowledge, and discernment.[59] The Holy Bible teaches that the prophet Daniel was a faithful and obedient servant of the living God of Heaven, who trusted Him, and that Daniel sought the LORD daily in prayers and petitions, which brought about God’s blessings and protection from harm and danger.[60] Significantly, Daniel, like all the holy servants of the living God, encouraged all people, including the king, to repent and always walk and live with the good fruit of humility, kindness, and mercy towards all people, particularly the poor and weak.[61]

 

  1. Visions of God 

 

The Holy Bible teaches that several holy servants and prophets of God have seen visions, witnessed the living God of Heaven, and visited His Throne Room with His holy angels, including the Old Testament prophet Daniel in Daniel 7:9-10 and the Apostle John in Revelation 4:1-11.[62] Moreover, the Old Testament prophet Daniel at Daniel 7:13-14 and Daniel 10:5-6 and the Apostle John at Revelation 1:7, 12-16 and Revelation 5:1-14 also saw and witnessed the living Christ Jesus our Lord, also known as the Son of Man, coming in the clouds of heaven after receiving all  authority, glory, sovereign power, and everlasting dominion from His Holy Father - the Ancient of Days.[63] Even more, the Old Testament prophets Moses, Isaiah, and Ezekiel, along with King Solomon and the ancient Israelites, witnessed the mighty Glory of God.[64] The New Testament apostles of Jesus witnessed the majestic Glory of Christ Jesus our Lord on the Mount of Transfiguration as He shone with whiteness, brighter than the sun, and flashed with lightning.[65] Nevertheless, no one has seen and knows the fullness of the living God of Heaven except His Son, Christ Jesus our Lord.[66]

 

  1. Sinful Living and God’s Wrath

 

The Holy Bible teaches that the living God of Heaven is a consuming fire and a jealous God, and He commands our wholehearted devotion, obedience, and allegiance to Him as the only true LORD and King.[67]The wrath of the living God of Heaven is revealed from the heavens against all the godlessness, disobedience, and wickedness of people who suppress the truth of the living God by their rebellion and evildoing.[68] The living God of Heaven abandons everyone who rejects His love and His holy commandments to reap the harmful and deadly consequences of following and obeying Satan’s wicked and dark living.[69] There is nothing worse than falling into the hands of an angry God.[70]

 

The loving God of Heaven is forever holy and pure, and He will not tolerate anyone following and obeying Satan’s evildoing, wickedness, and sin.[71] Sin is another name for wrongdoing, lawlessness, and disobedience against the living God of Heaven and His holy commands.[72] Following and obeying Satan’s sinful living, wickedness, and evildoing separate us from the loving God of Heaven and His Kingdom with His abundant blessings and goodness and bring God’s wrath, defilement, and punishment.[73] The living God of Heaven commands everyone to stay away and flee from Satan’s evil ways and dark deeds (vices) of murder and killing, envy and jealousy, division and discord, prejudice, lies and falsehood, hatred, bribery, gossip, arrogance and pride, rebellion against their parents, stealing and robbery, idolatry (worshipping other gods), covetousness (greed), adultery, fornication, sexual sins, pornography, vulgar language (profanity), drunkenness, unforgiveness, mediums, backbiting, and witchcraft.[74] Many of these vices and sins were originally condemned by the living God of Heaven in the Law of God found in the Book of the Covenant at Exodus 20:1-23:33, and the Holiness Code found at Leviticus 18:1-20:27. Moreover, Christ Jesus our Lord taught that these evil sins and deeds originate from the mouth and heart that defiles our body, soul, and mind.[75]

 

  1. Conclusion

 

In summary, the living God of Heaven is always good and trustworthy, and He is filled with love, grace, and mercy, but He will not allow the guilty to go unpunished for evildoing.[76] Let EVERYONE humbly seek and obey the living God of Heaven and His Son Christ Jesus our Lord by faith and repentance with our whole hearts to find spiritual peace, answered prayers, divine life, forgiveness (pardon), salvation, blessings, and mercy from heaven.[77] The living God of Heaven is near and close to those with His abundant compassion, forgiveness, and grace who seek and love Him with a humble and repentant heart that turns from Satan’s lies, evildoing, and wicked living.[78] Sing praises and blessings to the living God and King of the heavens and earth with a full heart of faithfulness and thanksgiving because He is good and His immeasurable love and grace endures forever.[79] The living God of Heaven is our eternal hope and our forever love, and we can always trust in Him and His Name by faith for our strength, victory, protection, salvation, and a fountain of blessings.[80] Jesus is Lord!

What God Wants

 

  1. Heart of Obedience

 

From the Old Testament into the New Testament and continuing today, the living God of Heaven has commanded our wholehearted love and obedience to Him as LORD with a humble and repentant heart andloving others with holy and true lives more than any rituals, ceremonies, or sacrifices. The Holy Bible teaches that the living God of Heaven does not delight in our legalistic offerings, rituals, ceremonies, feast days, and sacrifices, but He delights in our dedicated love, with faithful obedience to Him and His commands (laws) as our LORD and King, and doing His will with kindness, fairness, truth, and love toward others.[1] Notably, the Holy Bible sees rebellion and disobedience against the living God of Heaven and His commands as evil of idolatry (worshipping other gods) and as wicked and dark as divination, witchcraft, sorcery, pride and arrogance, which all lead to God’s wrath of disease, depression, and death.[2]

 

The living God of Heaven wants ALL PEOPLE as His creation to have a true and pure heart of full devotion and obedience that is loyal, humble, and faithful to Him as our only LORD and King.[3] Only as we wholeheartedly seek and love with trust and obedience with purity of heart to the living God of Heaven and forsake following Satan’s evil deeds and selfish living do we find true life, victory, blessings, divine peace, and light from heaven.[4] Faithful obedience to the living God of Heaven and His commands is the key to a long and blessed life with divine wisdom and revelation, and reveals that we are truly followers of God.[5] In other words, the Holy Bible not only commands everyone to listen to God’s teachings, but also to submit and surrender to the living God of Heaven by obeying and doing what the Holy Bible teaches and commands.[6]The living God of Heaven is close and near to those with forgiveness, restoration, blessings, and His Holy Spirit, who comes to Him with a repentant and humble heart of obedience that turns from and forsakes Satan’s evil deeds of darkness.[7]

 

The living God of Heaven wants a heart attitude of wholehearted love with obedience and devotion to Him and His commands (voice), and Christ Jesus our Lord continued this same message and teaching in the New Testament.[8] Continually obeying and following Satan’s sinful, dark, and selfish living makes all your fasting, religious rituals, feasts, sacrifices, tithes, and ceremonies worthless to the living God of Heaven.[9] However, the living God of Heaven promises that seeking Him first and always doing what is good and right with a commitment to live a holy and blameless life leads to His blessings, peace, and an abundant life.[10] The moral character, integrity, and conduct of a person and not the number of their religious activities are most important to the living God of Heaven.[11]

 

  1. Holy and Righteous Living

 

Holy and righteous living are woven throughout the Holy Bible storyline. The living God of Heaven is described as holy, righteous, and good because holiness and goodness are God’s very nature, name, and character.[12]Christ Jesus taught His disciples that when praying to His Father, they should always keep His Father’s name holy (hallowed) with respect and honor.[13] The ways and thoughts of the living God of Heaven are always holy, good, and faithful.[14] Following Satan’s sinful and wicked living separates one from God’s goodness and holiness, leading to death.[15] From the Old Testament into the New Testament, the living God of Heaven has called and commanded His people to live and follow His holy ways with good fruits of love, truth, mercy, forgiveness, and peace towards one another.[16] Notably, the book of Revelation teaches that those who will be invited to the joyous wedding banquet of Jesus the Lamb in the new heavens and earth will be God’s holy people (the bride of Christ) wearing the fine linen, bright and clean of the righteous and good deeds.[17]

 

The living God of Heaven commanded all people to be wholeheartedly and totally consecrated as holy, which means dedicated and set apart with obedience to Him as their LORD and King, and their holiness and faithfulness were to be expressed in their daily lives with a harvest of good deeds, good actions, and good fruits which lead to divine blessings and healing.[18] In other words, the living God of Heaven stated in Genesis and throughout the Holy Bible that He wants our wholehearted love, truth, faithfulness, mercy, humility, obedience, and goodness toward Him and others more than our rituals, fasts, offerings, ceremonies, and sacrifices.[19] The living God of Heaven wants a heart of faithfulness and obedience to Him that is fully committed and faithful as our King and LORD! 

 

  1. Heroes of the Faith

 

The heroes of the Holy Bible like Abraham, Noah, Moses, Joshua, and Samuel understood the importance of wholehearted faithfulness and obedience to the living God of Heaven’s commands, and they instructed everyone to have a heart of love, obedience, and commitment to the living God of Heaven and His holy commands as instructed in the Holy Scriptures.[20] Significantly, King David from the Old Testament understood that the key to a right relationship and closeness with the living God of Heaven was not through sacrifices, ceremonies, offerings, and rituals but through honor and loving obedience to God and His commands from a humble, dependent, and devoted heart by faith.[21] King David’s heart was always faithful and obedient to the living God of Heaven, and he obeyed the commands and ways of the living God of Heaven, except in the shameful affair concerning Uriah and his wife Bathsheba, where he later repented for his sins against God.[22] Significantly, King David had a humble thirst and desire for righteousness and knowing the ways of God, and he encouraged everyone to always trust in the LORD.[23] Because of King David’s heart of obedience and faithfulness, the living God of Heaven blessed King David with an eternal kingdom and blessings, which came through King David’s descendant, Christ Jesus our Lord.[24] Notably, Christ Jesus our Lord, like King David, wholeheartedly followed the ways and commands of the living God of Heaven, and He never sinned and was perfect in all His ways, and He calls everyone to follow His example for holy living.[25]

 

  1. New Testament Teaching on Obedience and Sacrifices

 

In the New Testament, Christ Jesus our Lord affirmed and continued His Holy Father’s teaching. Christ Jesus proclaimed that His Holy Father, who is the living God of Heaven, wants our faithful obedience and love to Him from our pure hearts and doing His will with love, fairness, and mercy towards others, particularly the helpless, poor, and widows, more than any offerings, sacrifices, fasts, feasts, and religious rituals.[26] Significantly, Christ Jesus’ prayers and His teachings on the Sermon on the Mount, His Sermon on the Plain (Plateau), and throughout the New Testament were teaching His disciples to live like Kingdom citizens in the world with the good fruits of love and peace and to lead everyone to worship and obey the Covenant King - the living God of Heaven.[27] Christ Jesus taught that everyone who follows and obeys His Holy Father and His commands also does the will of God and becomes His fellow brother and sister inside the Kingdom of God.[28] Moreover, Christ Jesus our Lord taught that our faithful obedience to Him and His Holy Father’s commands and teachings helps us establish a strong and firm foundation (rock) with God that weathers the storms and troubles of life.[29]

 

Here is the Good News: Christ Jesus taught His disciples that they can always pray and ask His Holy Father for help with everything and anything, including obeying His Holy Father’s commands and receiving divine wisdom.[30] Christ Jesus promised that His Holy Father blesses His disciples with every good gift, including the good gift of the Holy Spirit of God to empower, teach, and help them live holy and pure lives as He and His Holy Father command.[31] Furthermore, Christ Jesus our Lord promises to make and declare believers in Him holy (sanctified) and righteous through repentance with faithful obedience to Him and His teaching.[32] Christ Jesus is God with us, and He promises to be forever present with His disciples so that they are never alone and helpless.[33] Everything is possible for those who trust and believe by faith in Christ Jesus as Lord.[34]

 

This is not to say that offerings, tithes, sacrifices, fasting, ceremonies, various feasts, and rituals are not important to the living God of Heaven because He first created them in the Old Testament.[35] However, the living God of Heaven makes the sacrifices and offerings for sins given in the Old Testament obsolete and set aside because He sent His Son Christ Jesus by His grace to serve as the final ransom, sacrifice, and payment to cleanse and atone for sin (past, present, and future) as the Passover Lamb of God and to provide salvation and redemption to the world when Christ Jesus died and freely gave His life on Calvary’s Cross.[36] Christ Jesus’s perfect life and sinless blood now purifies and cleanses us from ALL sin, darkness, and shame through repentance (turning from Satan’s evil and selfish living) and faithful obedience to Christ Jesus as Lord and Savior.[37] Christ Jesus (Messiah Yeshua) is our forever Lord and Savior.[38]

 

The Apostle Paul picks up on the Old Testament theme of sacrifices when he encourages believers of Christ Jesus to offer their lives and bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to the living God of Heaven as our true and proper worship and service in view of God’s tender mercy and blessings given through His Son, Christ Jesus.[39] In his teaching, the Apostle Paul taught believers in Christ Jesus not to provide merely external rituals and ceremonies to the living God of Heaven, but to live good, loving, and holy lives with morality and integrity, wholeheartedly devoted in worship and obedient service by faith to the living God of Heaven.[40] Our grateful worship and praise to the living God of Heaven with thanksgiving and good works for Him and His glory are our “sacrifices” and “offerings” that please Him.[41]

 

Importantly, the living God of Heaven, along with His Son, Christ Jesus our Lord, and the holy prophet, taught that various offerings, tithes, sacrifices, ceremonies, fasting, and feasts are worthless without first repentance and a right heart relationship of loving obedience and faithfulness towards the living God of Heaven, and love with mercy, forgiveness, and goodness toward others.[42] No sacrifice, offering, fasting, ceremonies, rituals, and feasts are significant for forgiveness or salvation without first a repentant and humble heart to the living God of Heaven that turns from selfish (sinful) living and also lovingkindness with forgiveness and kindness towards others.[43]

 

  1. What Makes a Person Unholy in God’s Eyes

 

The living Sovereign LORD God of heaven and earth revealed His moral and ethical character for everyone to follow and obey at Mount Sinai with His eternal covenant, which included the Ten Commandments in the Old Testament.[44] Christ Jesus our Lord continued His Holy Father’s moral and ethical teaching on the Sermon on the Mount and His Sermon on the Plain (Plateus) in the New Testament for everyone to follow and obey who wish to live in a covenant relationship with Him and His Holy Father.[45]

 

Notably in the New Testament, Christ Jesus taught that evil words that come out of a person’s mouth come from within the heart, and these evil words defile and make a person unholy to Him and His Holy Father.[46]Christ Jesus taught that out of one’s heart come bad and evil thoughts of murder, adultery, fornication, sexual immorality, theft, hatred (mean looks), lewdness, quarreling and strife, false testimony with lies, deceit, pride and arrogance, blasphemy, covetousness (greed, envy), slander, gossip, hypocrisy, revenge, unforgiveness, and other foolishness, and these evil words and dark fruits pollute and make a person unholy and also brings God’s wrath from heaven.[47] According to Christ Jesus our Lord, these evil words and wicked deeds of Satan violate the eternal commandments and teachings of Him and His Holy Father and also separate one from God’s Kingdom, which leads to divine wrath and punishment from heaven.[48]

 

Instead, Christ Jesus our Lord and His faithful disciples commanded and encouraged everyone to repent and rid oneself of all Satan’s dark fruits and deeds of sexual immorality, fraud, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, envy, drunkenness, malice, lies, deceit, hypocrisy, and slander of every kind and instead seek the living God with the good fruits of love, forgiveness, truth, patience, compassion, kindness, and goodness towards others so they can live godly lives with blessings and also one day see the living God of Heaven.[49]

 

  1. Conclusion

 

In conclusion, let EVERYONE repent and come with a surrendered and humble heart to the living God of Heaven and His Son Christ Jesus our Lord and find blessings and oneness with the God of Heaven because this is what God wants. The living God of Heaven wants everyone to embrace and love Him and His Son Christ Jesus from our whole hearts with faithful obedience and also love one another with forgiveness and kindness more than any rituals.[50] Even more, Christ Jesus wants everyone to sin no more and lead holy and good lives for His Holy Father’s glory and honor.[51] Jesus is Lord!

 

Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear and honor God and keep His commandments, for this is humankind’s all and duty. For God will bring every word and deed into judgment, including every secret thing, whether good or evil. Ecclesiastes 12:13-14.
